Did you know: What is the meaning of word "Galau" In fact

IF there is the most popular words on Twitter, it could be said it was "troubled".
Almost every open timeline in Twitter, I find the word "upset" with the hashtag somewhere or not. Apparently, Twitter a place fit for people who are troubled.

Monday (26/9) morning at a friend's tweet replied that I thought was troubled, suddenly there was an anonymous Twitter account that nyamber. The first account says, "mak troubled Aiiih yes" and the second account says "Bully let aja increasingly troubled" (I did say "troubled" and "bully" in a tweet).

Many things make people so upset. Disconnected boyfriend, make confusion. Arguing with your girlfriend, upset. Over time alone, too often so troubled. Diomelin parents or superiors, also make troubled. It was troubled. Anything to make confusion.

But does the word "upset" was used appropriately in accordance destining?
Menelisiknya best way is to turn to the dictionary. On page 407 Big Indonesian Dictionary fourth edition (2008), said to be "upset" means a mess (of mind); "bergalau" means (one that is) messed up like hell (mind), and "turmoil" means the nature of the (state case) troubled.

The dictionary definition refers to a state of confusion or galau is when the mind is in turmoil frivolous. People who are troubled thoughts were in turmoil.

Messed up in the dictionary means (one of them, mainly concerned with the mind) tangles (chaotic) is not frivolous. Example sentence: His thoughts grew confused by the news.

In my opinion, troubled not the right word to indicate a state of mind was not in good condition. Because the word "chaos" in the sense that there is "confusion" is more appropriate to the atmosphere of frenzy and tangles.

Checking into Google Translate and book Indonesia-English Dictionary John M. Echols and Hassan Shadily, English is the hubbub and confusion troubled. That is, the troubled state of mind is closer to being confused.
Indonesian provides a more precise word, "irritated". In KBBI, "upset" means sad, vacillating, restless. Equipped so "heartsick" means a state or a very sad sad and lethargic.

For the mood was often called "upset" when it seems more fitting to say it was "troubled."
So, how to cope with troubled hearts troubled alias? The answer, to quote @galau24jam. Eaaa ...
